Why is my Lumia 735 not supporting FitBit Charge 2?

I have bought Fitbit charge 2 and when I have downloaded the Fitbit app to activate the fitbit, the charge 2 fitbit is not listed there. What I am supposed to do now?

you've followed the instructions on how to activate it? Is bluetooth working?

I experienced the same problem. The Charge2's user guide says that the win8 app is no longer supported. I upgraded my 735 to windows phone 10, I installed the fitbit app and it works since then pretty well. (Call and message notifications do not work on WP10 now )
