Why doesn't my OneDrive app on Android have the 'fetch' files on PC option?

I have the OneDrive desktop app on my PC and the option to allow files to be 'fetched' selected. Neither of my Android devices with the OneDrive app installed shows 'PCs' under the Recycle bin. I cannot 'fetch' PC files from my Androids. I can go online to onedrive.live.com (only if I first uninstall the app) and access from there. I can't find any chatter about this so me thinks its something I'm missing. Can anyone help me here?

Just looked on my Android application and I don't see the feature. Looking at my other mobile devices, it appears that fetching files from a PC isn't possible on other mobile operating systems either.
