How can I create a new folder at the desktop? Lumia 640

I need to create some new one, to put apps in them

So... app folders?

I believe you can create a folder by moving one tile on top of another. Tap and hold on a tile until all of them start wobbling. Then simply drag one tile of top of another. These two tiles will then be in a new folder.
