Microsoft.msn.weather.exe removal

[Windows Central Question]

This program keeps coming up. I have no MSN connections and it uses resources on my video card. How do i delete this file ?

Hi Researching this issue is telling me this could be maleware. I said it may be maleware. I suggest running these free scanners. If you need more help, please join the forum. I'm assuming you're talking about a computer!
