factory reset lumia 650 - everything is gone!

Hi,

I had WIFI issues with my new Lumia 650. Nothing happened when I pushed the WIFI icon. So I decided to do a factory reset.

When it restarted there was nothing there! Not a single app is on my Phone. I knew my email would be gone, but even the mail app is gone!!! There is no start screen, nothing. I can only see the storage app, but it doesn't do anything.

Can anybody help please?

you will have to do a clean firmware install i believe. For that you have to use windows device recovery tool (WDRT) and follow the onscreen commands.
