I have had quite a few instances, whether making a call or receiving one, where the the recipient or caller mentions that they can hardly hear me, I however, can hear them perfectly? Is there a resolve for this issue?

Hi, your questions has a lots of things to consider. First, reception of the phone. Next, are you using a case or a back cover for your phone? If so, make sure that the microphones are not blocked by it. Also, are you seeing any connections as to where your call is coming from or to where you are calling to? Are those places somewhat near?Could it be a reception on their end that has a problem? Also, I think there should be a tester app installed on your phone. You might be able to test it, say speaker loopback or receiver loopback tests. When all else fails, check nearest service center.
