Just got a new Windows 10 Lumia 950 XL and it has died and won't turn on

This is my second Windows Lumia 950 XL phone. The first one was DOA and was returned. This one has been working for about 2 weeks but today it died and will not turn on. I have tried changing the battery and still it will not turn on. Any suggestion besides send it back?

If it doesn't do anything when connected to a computer, your suggestion might be your best bet.
