Can You get to "Settings"? If so do a Factory Reset.

hey, you should do a soft reset press and hold the Volume down and Power button simultaneously until phone vibrates, then release both keys.
If you continue having the same issue, maybe you have to use Windows Device Recovery Tool to reinstall the OS

Lumia 625 also has a removable battery. Have you tried pulling it out and putting it back in?
