Windows Central Question

I'm using Windows 10/Office 2013, and until now have had no problem printing downloaded PDF files via Adobe reader. Today a message has popped up: "you have to run OneNote for the first time before we can do that. Please try again after you have started OneNote". However I don't use OneNote and have no need to do so. I've tried rebooting, downloading files again etc but the message keeps appearing - grrrrr!

To the best of my knowledge, this seems like some virus. It should not ask you to do so. Try opening using edge to print. Or else, re installing Windows 10 is the way.
