Download device recovery images on another PC

So, I want to reset my phone using the device recovery tool. I have one PC which has great internet, but locked down USB. I have another PC with slow internet, but USB is fine. I can easily transfer data between the two. Is there anyway to download the recovery images on one PC and move it to the other so I don't have to deal with the slow download times?

Do a little internet searching to find where the files are stored and copy to the other PC

It is infinitely easier if your have a Lumia device. Which device do you want to recover using WDRT?
