Help me please my Lumia 435 charging problem

Guys my phone lumai 435 when i charge the charging indicator is pop up but the battery percentage is not comes up why please

is the battery heating up and were there any random reboots as well accompanied by huge drop in battery life?

if so then manually check the battery for any bumps or irregularities as there has been many reports of faulty battery in multiple lumia devices.

I have charge by original charger and battery percentage is very slow after 5 hours of charging on 10 percentage plus why is this too
