Newest Windows 10 Update Caused Lots Of Glitches

[Windows Central Question]

I just installed the newest Windows 10 update, and now I can't play games, can't play media, can't watch online videos on any video sharing site, Cortana can't hear me and sound doesn't work. Is there a solution to this? If not I might be making the switch to Mac or I'll be downgrading to Windows 8.1

Hi Welcome to Windows Central! What is the latest update you just installed?? The latest build I installed today was 14393.576. If you're having that many problems, I suggest a clean install of W10.
