Latest Windows 10 mobile update caused display issue

Just updated my Lumia 1520 yesterday to latest release and now bottom part of my screen is having display issue where it is flicking and having overlapping effect.

have you done a soft reset post update? to do that hold together volume down + power key until phone reboots.

if the issue still persists i strongly recommend to take the device for an inspection at your local authorized service center.
