Lenovo y50-70 Touch Windows 10 circling blue dots AFTER enteringpassword

Tried uninstalling some programs, disabling some startup items, some non-essential services, changing some services to manual. Problem goes away, after Windows 10 updates it comes back

I have a Lenovo y50-70 (but non-touch version). Based on observations, this waiting icon stays longer right after an update. Just let your PC boot up normally and once everything has been loaded (i.e. the disc activity for C: has dropped to 0% in Task Manager), restart your laptop normally.
