Unable to set Feedback & Diagnostics settings to Full

[Windows Central Question]

When I go to Feedback & Diagnostic settings, the option in greyed out. Says my organization makes the settings. I am not an organization. This is my private PC. How do I change this? I want to be able to give Full feedback on Edge problems.
