all of apps socials including all apps cannot be launce on my phone. excepted for twitter and instagram.

will you elaborate your problem? which phone do you use? and which social apps are you talking about precisely? and also, do you use a micro sd card?
try doing the soft reset for your phone.
press POWER+VOLUME DOWN buttons together for 13 seconds. it will restart.
