I'm trying to use the DISM command to repair my windows files that are corrupt...

but I see no sign of progress of this happening.. all i see is a blinking cursor....what's wrong? I rebooted the PC and did this from the start and it still blinks...no percent of progress is shown...so I don't know if anything is happening or not...HELP.
