Poor performance on Lumia 650

Hi
I have Lumia 650 Dual Sim.
One of apps that I could use to scan a document is Microsoft Office Lens and another is CamScanner
But both of them have poor performance
For example Lens stop scanning after 10 pages
And CamScanner stops by taking a photo
What's the problem?

This could be caused by the WM10 update.
If the apps are installed on an SD card in the phone try moving to internal device memory and see if performance improves.
