lumia 535 charging problem

my lumia 535 charging very slowly and can't fully charge, even without sd card and phone card inside the phone it is the same. either is broken battery or phone mistake. any suggestion how to correctly diagnose problem

Either it is a software issue, which probably won't be the case, or it is an hardware issue like broken battery,or charging socket, or maybe the charger itself.

Download this app, it tests hardware on phone.

Also, try charging from another charger. Or charge another phone with your charger. (you shall know if it is your charger's fault or phone's.)
Also, try to connect the phone to the pc. (if it doesn't connect, it is the sub socket issue.)
Also, if you know someone with the same phone, ask for his battery, put it in your phone. See if it works and charges. (you shall know if the battery is broken.)
If everything is fine, then it is a software issue.
Use soft reset. ( press Power button + Volume down button for 13 seconds.)
It will restart.

If this doesn't work, you should consider doing the hard reset. (format.)
