Cortana package tracking won't work with my DHL order, says Tracking ID is Invalid

I Try adding a new package to Cortana's tracking feature, but it says the tracking ID is invalid.
What do I do?

Well, is the tracking ID valid? I've often found that Outlook/Cortana cannot track packages if they haven't been updated on their tracker.
