Can I disable a second sim in a dual sim phone?

I've been considering a dual-sim phone for personal and work use. For my job I have to give out a phone number so that people can easily reach me. The thing is, when I'm off shift, I don't want to receive phone calls from people who don't know my hours/days off. I'm not talking my boss or coworkers, they have my personal number.

Is it possible to stop receiving phone calls or disable a sim's features without removing it completely?

Hi! As i understand from what you are saying, you want to stop receiving phone calls in specific hours?! Am i right? If that's you want, you can do it without having to remove sim card, just going to settings, network & wireless, cellular & sim, and then choose either SIM 1 or SIM 2 to turn off....I hope helped you!
