I'm trying to make some ringtones on my dad's phone using the ringtone maker. But when I try to set a ringtone for a contact, the ringtones are seen but some of them just make a squeaky sound and it stops. Tried deleting and making again but had the same problem. Also im unable to make ringtones from .m4a files.
I tried making the ringtones on my phone which is on RP ( RP and production have different versions of Ringtone Maker). I tried sending the ringtones from my phone to his and put in the ringtones folder in C drive but now its not even showing up the songs when setting a ringtones. Any solution?
