How can I remove system reserved partition on external hard drive

I am trying to remove the system reserved partition on my external hard drive for it to work with xbox one.

I am trying to remove the system reserved partition on my external hard drive for it to work with xbox one.

You can most likely use an elevated Command Prompt and run diskpart command. You will need to read up in all the commands for diskpart.
