My headphones don't want to stay in all the way why is that i just got the phone yesterday

Like I can put it in all the way but like a little bit of it doesn't want to stay in and I can't listen to music with my headphones

I don't know if I understood your question. Are you talking about in ear headphones? Did you try changing the rubber tips to other size?
