I have noticed that sometimes when I convert a video clip or a film to MP4 (since MP4 is supported by most Windows Phone/Android devices) and transfer it on my Lumia 630 (running on Win 8.1), the audio on the clip is distorted and grainy, it almost sounds like a bad radio signal. The video runs fine, though.
I've noticed that this happens sometimes when the audio from the original video has a "mp3-2ch" codec. With most converted clips with codec "mpeg4aac-2ch", the audio runs just fine.
Any idea what the problem might be? I have the latest updates installed on my Lumia 630, as well as running the latest version of the converter which I use on my laptop.
Thank you.
