All apps I download don't open

All apps I download from the store, and even most apps preinstalled in my phone don't open. It's been for quite some time

Well that's a little strange. May I ask what device you're using and what build of Windows you're using?

If you're using Windows 10 mobile, I'd recommend trying a soft reset.

To do a soft reset, simply hold down the power button on your Lumia 930 for about 15 seconds, or until the phone vibrates and restarts on it's own.
