Today I saw i could call from my windows phone 640XL but suddenly its gone but why !!!

Today I saw i could call from my windows phone 640XL and i made a video call also but suddenly its gone and now its showing as before they showed only icon but not working why it happens!!!

what are you even saying? you have a phone and you cannot make a call? how is that possible? will you elaborate?
