Iphone 7 Plus Screen Scratches so easily?!

[Windows Central Question]

I have had my iPhone 7 Plus for less than a week and as I was scrolling through my phone I scratched my phone with my nail. I have SHORT nails. How on earth could the screen get scratched by that? I doubt at&t will take it back even though it's under 14 days of purchase.

That is pretty unusual. I mean I am not a fan of iphones, and someone like me ( not me) would just say bad stuff about iphones, but honestly, this shouldn't have happened. it is weird. maybe the scratch was there already, you noticed it later.

anyway, this is the best time to get an elite x 3 or a Lumia 950/ 950XL instead of your iPhone. the phones I mentioned are on discounts and are lovely.
