I havew a BL-5J Nokia phone. I downloaded Whatsapp but can't open my messages received

I have a BL-5J Nokia phone. I receive my whatsapp messages but can't open them. On opening I receive the following messages:

Out of Memory Error
java/lang/outofmemoryerror
or
zi:zi:zi:zi:zi: ks

BL-5J is a Nokia battery that fits many phones produced by Nokia; some are Windows Phones, some Symbian, Maemo and even feature phones...

It would be helpful to know which phone you have or the operating system at least. Please check through your settings to help identify the model and OS.
