I know this issue. used to happen with my Lumia 720 and it had ruined its vibrator.

I suggest as soon as that happens, do a soft reset.

to do a soft reset, press and hold the power button and the volume down button together for around 13 seconds, till it vibrates and reboots itself.

this should solve the issue.
