My screen was broken a few months ago and I had it changed. But after the repair, the phone was loose and the touch screen doesn't function sometimes so my technician advised me to use a phone case. I did but it still doesn't work sometimes and when it does, I take the battery off and its working again. Now my phone doesn't work at all, I took the battery off because the touch screen won't function and when it started up the nokia sign showed but then the blue screen appeared with nothing in it. I turned it off again and the same blue screen appeared. I tried it for the last time but now it doesn't open. It doesn't even charge. What do I do?
