Copying 2 or more attachments from 1 email for use on another email in Outlook - Windows 8.1 Pro

If I receive an email with multiple attachments and require only a selection of these for on wards distribution or use, I cannot "ctrl" and select and copy only a few... I can either copy one attachment at a time, or have to save the selected attachments to my PC and then copy the from my PC and paste to the new e-mail in Outlook... I've never had this problem before? Is this a setting?
