Windows 10 auto refresh when setting wallpaper

Hello, i have a problem with setting wallpapers on win 10. for example I scroll down a folder with more than 500 images and choose one to set as wallpaper and suddenly folder is back to the top.It is very annoying , i have already tried to turn off auto pick accent color and still problem persists. Please any sugestions.
