manufacturer refurbished phone warranty

I bought a manufacturer refurbished Nokia lumia 1520 on eBay 2 months ago and already the sound output from the earpiece has failed. they said they could repair it free of charge but if they need to order parts I have to pay.. Is there some sort of warranty through you that I can tap into? Thanks!

You have to check with eBay, the seller and possibly your payment method to see what they offer.

Lumia 1520 has been out of manufacture too long for a Manufacturer's warranty.
