We don't much care for the ever present Start screen. Can we tuck it under something and replace it with pics. An icon, as in Win 10, would be the preferred way to get it when needed.

It might be possible to put a wallpaper you like on the screen and then build empty, transparent tiles to fill the first "screen's worth" of space on Start. Then place the tiles for what you want to access below that so you would scroll past the picture and then to content...
