The app that was recommended only works on windows 10. So not an option.
Resetting my phone will delete all my phoots and I am not willing to take any chances

I have had this phone for about 6 months and since november cannot get my yahoo emails to work because of a security issue. I am not happy with this phone at all!
The whole idea was to be able to get my yahoo mail. and I dont want to reduce my security which is very understandable. So, why cant Microsoft rectifiy the problem.

Open 'My Computer' and browse your phone's files like any removable drive.
