I own a Nokia Lumia 640 for one week now, switching from Android (advanced user, root, custom roms etc). I really like the simplicity of Windows 10 and the build quality of the phone at a fair price - here in Europe the phone is around 100 euro.
I have Windows 10 Mobile version 1607 OS Build: 10.0.14965.1001 and I'm in the Windows Insider Program - Slow Level.
Language&Format: English (US) - so I can use Cortana, don't really know this being such a cheap phone why they are not letting people outside US use Cortana and have access for news and other stuff, but that's it.
When I go to KEYBOARD and I press Add keyboards and select Romanian it sais: "Preparing download..." and after that "attention required" appears - when I click it it says that "The text suggestions update for this keyboard didn't download successfully" no matter how many times I try.
I tried soft reset, hard reset and also my phone was updated to this build (14965) two nights ago but the problem still persists.
