Can i install play anywhere games in two computers?

I bought astroneer on xbox one, i wanted to play it on our family computer for the kids, so i installed it on that computer. Now, i just got a new gaming computer in our bedroom, i wanted to install the game there to. when i go to the windows games on the gaming computer ( using my xbox live account), the game asks me to purchase it again.

i understand that i can only play 1 instance of the game at 1 time and im ok with that. i plan to play it on the computer while the xbox and the family computer is turned off.

Is there a limit on how many times i can install the game?

Is the newest computer signed in to the same Microsoft Account that owns the game?

You are allowed to install purchased apps on up to 10 Windows 10 devices, provided all those devices use the same Microsoft account.
