why is my nokia lumia 1320 phone stopped ringing

my phone has ceased to make any noise. No ring tone,no sms noise,no text message noise.How to I fix this problem please

Hi, I'm assuming you have checked the volume levels?
Have you tried a soft reset of your phone?
