Where to store OneDrive downloads on PC

Before using OneDrive all my data files were held on a seperate partion E: drive. I stored the main dolders (eg Documents, Photographs, Spreadsheets) on OneDrive and now realise that they are also held on C: Users/Chris. Can I alter it so that these continue to be held on E: rather than in C:Users/Chris?
