i am soya smith. I am buy one lenovo laptop. it is work very slowly than i am search in google and call to lenovo customer care . but my problem is not resolve if you know how to resolve this problem than reply me ...

Hi @soya Welcome to Windows Central. There are many reasons why a computer is slow. How old is your computer? When is it slow?All the time? On the internet?
Here's reasons that cause computers to be slow. My computer is running slow, what steps can I do to fix it?

Ctrl + Shift + Esc will open Task Manager.

On the Processes Tab you can see what is using resources and identify what is running a lot and slowing everything else down.

Does it start slow and then get better?

In Task Manager on the Startup Tab you can see what programs begin loading when you boot your system. Identify unnecessary ones and disable them from running on startup. Also it will show how greatly those startup programs impact the system.
