Can we install windows 10 officially on unsupported Lumia devices?

guys i studied that you cannot install android on windows phones due to hardware thing,,,,, but i want to ask what if we install new windows on a windows phone, yes i mean if i am running windows 8.1 and by any means i get windows 10 original copy and root orrrrr install in on my lumia like 1320 or so,,, like we used windows recovery tool and go back to windows 8.0 in my case.

Last time I checked you cannot root a Windows Phone so being able to install W10 on a device that does not support it is kind of impossible. Unless you know something I don't?

Unsupported phones (the Lumia 1320 included) have been dropped from the Insider program.
