FatSecret does not work on cellular network

FatSecret only works (able to add items) when on my wifi. I get an error when on my cell phone network. I am on a Lumia 650 using StraightTalk which sits on the ATT network. I emailed FatSecret, and they said they got no other similar bug reports. Does anyone have this problem and/or a fix? Thanks.
