How can I do call forward from Lumia 520?

Not sure if you are an AT&T customer, BUT here's the instructions they provide. I would imagine it's the same no matter who is the carrier, UNLESS it's disabled by the carrier by rule. That is your carrier may prohibit call forwarding. (unlikely but possible)....

The option does exist on Lumia 520. Like pkcable said, your carrier needs to support it.
