how do i change the clock on the task bar from black to white?

The clock, on the right-hand side of the taskbar, is black. due to vision problems, I cannot see it. I need the clock to be white. How do I change it?

Did you tried- Settings- Ease of access?
I don't know if you can do anything from there, just guessing.
I think that clock can be black if you set your theme to white.
