How do I add another Bluetooth device on to my phone?

There's already a Bluetooth ear piece on my phone from a previous owner. I'm trying to add my earpiece and delete his. I need instructions please

Is your device on WP 8, 8.1 or WM10?

Typically you should be able to long press on the device listed to get the unpair option.
Then while on bluetooth settings the phone should see any compatible BT devices that are active and ready pair.

Sounds like you might want to reset the phone, too, if the old owner's Bluetooth devices are still showing up.
