Can't download what'sup via data coz it 30Mbs

I have windows phone
mode: Microsoft lumia 535 dual sim

but i have downloaded all the other apps apart from what sup.

I have tried the already provide example but it keeps on bouncing back to the same point

I'm guessing it might be one of those apps that need WiFi for the intial download. If you can get to a cafe somewhere with WiFi, that might be your only bet.

There's also the option to sideload the .apk but you'll need a computer for that.

The limit was never 30 MB. It was 50 MB with WP8, and I think it was increased to 100 MB with WP8.1

There is some other factor in play here. But do try with WiFi.
