it's now not working emails, texts, battery life, shuts down and then reboots Why

Hi there and welcome to WC.

Sounds like you are having phone problems.
If this is a problem with your phone on WM10 a simple soft reset may be in order.
Sometimes a hard reset may be the answer to get back on track.
