I keep getting a script error message all the time since I downloaded Windows 10.

Whenever I am on the internet, it keeps coming up with a message that the system is trying to download a lot of script and asking me if I want to continue downloading or stop the script download. I usually have to select NO several times to not continue downloading the script. A REAL PAIN!!! Can I do something in my computer to stop the inceesent message?
