How do I stop Windows 10 from automatically connecting to wifi?

[Windows Central Question]

My computer is ethernet hard wired. In Settings, I have Wifi turned off. Every time I restart, wifi is turned on again and it connects to my wifi network. I don't want it to do that. I want it to only connect via ethernet.

Generally when you connect it will have an option for auto connect, so it can make sure you are picking the right one and not just searching for random wifi signals. Select your connection and try changing the setting.
